Understanding my Referral Metrics

The My MP CRS Performance dashboard helps you track your performance and meet role expectations. A key part of this is your referral metrics, which track how often you're meeting with our community partners and developing relationships with new ones. These metrics reflect your efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with city partners.

This article explains how to read and understand your referral metrics.

The reports described below include all meetings with partners.

Meeting with Community Partners

Meetings with Community Partners are tracked by staff members creating an Activity with the Type set to "Meeting" on the relevant Referral Account.

1. ðŸĒMeet with 2 or More Community Partners and Organizations Monthly (Last 3 Months): This tile shows how many Community Partners you met with each month in the last 3 months.2. ðŸĒMeet with 2 or More New Community Partners and Organizations Quarterly (Last 3 Months): This tile shows how many New Community Partners you met with quarterly, in the last 3 months.

2. ðŸĒMeet with 2 or More New Community Partners and Organizations Quarterly (Last 3 Months): This tile shows how many New Community Partners you met with quarterly, in the last 3 months.

You get a referral, and you get a referral, and you get a referral!
