Understanding my Assessment Metrics

The My MP CRS Performance dashboard helps you monitor your performance and meet role expectations. A key part of this is your assessment metrics, which track whether you've completed a Vocational Assessment with each client, as well as  how timely those assessments were. Understanding these metrics helps you stay on top of your assessment responsibilities and identify areas where you can improve timeliness.

This article explains how to read and understand your assessment metrics.

The reports described below include all clients for whom you were responsible and the status of their Vocational Assessments.

Tracking the Vocational Assessment

1. !! Clients Missing Vocational Assessment (Last 90 Days): This tile shows the number of clients on your caseload in the last 90 days who have no Vocational Assessment, indicated by "-", compared to those who have a Vocational Assessment. It helps you track which clients are missing assessments.

The data reflects your performance over the past 90 days.

2.  ðŸ“‹100% of Vocational Assessments are Created within 48 hours (Last 90 Days): This tile shows whether your Vocational Assessments from the last 90 days were completed on time (within 48 hours of the meeting) or submitted late.
