Adding a Document to a Client's Clinical Files

Updated on

As Clinical Staff staff meet with clients, we need to upload documents securely to their clinical file for future reference. Documents like agreements, contracts, exit letters, and schedules. Documents like assessments, informed consents, and documents from other partnering agencies.

This article describes how to add a document to a client's Clinical File.

From the Client's Contact Page.

1. Click Files.

2. Click on the Clinical File.

3. Click Add Files.

4. Click Upload Files.

5. Double-click the File you want to add to the Client's general files.

You can upload jpgs, pdfs, docx, xlsx, pngs, and other file types.

6. Wait until the file uploads and and the green checkmark appears.

7. Click Done.

The file has been added to the Client's Clinical Files!
