A key part is your client note metrics, which track how well you document client interactions. Understanding these metrics helps you manage your responsibilities and improve where needed.
This article explains how to read your Client Note Metrics.
The reports described below include both active and inactive clients on your caseload during the time period described.
Clients With or Without Notes
The below two reports* help you track which clients are missing documentation or have not yet had a meeting.
*New clients who have been at Atlanta Mission for 7 days or less and dont have a note are not included. However, new clients who do have a note are counted in the reports.
1. 📝% of Clients W/O vs W/ Note (Last 2 Weeks): This tile shows the percentage of clients on your caseload over the last two weeks who have at least one client note versus those without any notes.
2. ‼️Clients Missing Notes (This FY): This tile shows the number of clients on your caseload this fiscal year who have no client notes, compared to those who have at least one note. It helps you track which clients are missing documentation.
Meet with 80% of Clients Bi-Weekly
The below two reports* help you track how consistently you are meeting with clients and documenting those interactions.
3. 👥Meet with 80% of Clients Bi-weekly (Last 30 Days): This tile features a gauge that shows the percentage of clients on your caseload you've met with bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) over the last 30 days.
4. 👥Meet with 80% of Clients Bi-weekly (This FY): This tile features a gauge that shows the percentage of clients on your caseload you've met with bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) within this fiscal year.
48-Hour Client Note Creation
The below two reports are calculated by subtracting your Session Start Date and Time from the Date and Time your note was created.
5. 📝Ensure Clients' Notes are Created Within 48 Hours of Mtg (Last 30 Days): This tile shows whether your client notes from the last 30 days were completed on time (within 48 hours of the meeting) or submitted late.
6. 📝Ensure Clients' Notes are Created Within 48 Hours of Mtg (This FY): This tile shows whether your client notes this fiscal year were completed on time (within 48 hours of the meeting) or submitted late.
