This article describes how to add follow-up comments to an incident.
1. From the Client's Contact Record, locate the incident you'd like to print.
2. Click on the Subject of the Incident.
3. Click the Arrow by Case Comments.
4. Click New.
5. Type the Body of your follow-up comment.
6. Click Save.
Your follow-up comment has been added to the Incident.
