Marking that a Client is Employed

In order to properly track a client's individual progress and in order to track overall Client Flow Metrics like how many clients who started completed Transformations are Employed.

The VTS and the CAM are responsible for marking Employment in the @Work Program Engagement.

This article describes how to mark that a client is Employed. To learn how to create a job for an @Work client, click here.

From the Client's @Work Program Engagement

1. Scroll down to the @Work Phase and Status section.

2. Click the Pencil Icon by Work Phase.

3. Select the correct @Work Phase.

If they are being paired with a Retention Coach, mark Employed - with Retention Services.
If they will not be paired with a Retention Coach, mark Employed - No Retention Services.

4. Set the @Work Status to Employed.

5. Click Save.

If the client is Employed - with Retention Services, the @Work Make Progress Leader just received an email and should assign a Retention Coach for the client.
