In order to properly track a client's individual progress and in order to track overall Client Flow Metrics like how many clients who started completed Transformations are SOE or the number of SOE clients who retained their job.

1. Search for and select the correct client.
2. Click Launch Program Engagement.
3. Click Launch Program Engagement.
4. Scroll down to the JSW and Transformations section.
5. Click the Pencil Icon by Date SOE.
6. Select the Date SOE.
7. Click Save.
The client is now marked as SOE. This will enable us to track client flow metrics like percentage of clients who reached SOE.
