Recording COATS

When @Work clients demonstrate growth or issues with the Core Competencies, we want to document these in a COAT.

1. From the Client's Contact Record, click the Arrow symbol by Incidents.

2. Click New.

3. Select COAT.

4. Click Next.

5. Enter a brief Subject to title the Engagement Strike.

6. Select Incident Date and Time.

7. Select the correct COAT Type.

8. Type the COAT Description, ensuring you include the who, what, where, when, why, and how of the COAT.

9. Click Save.

The COAT has been created and can be found in the Incidents list.
