Creating a VTA

Vocational Training Assignments (VTAs) are client service activities while in our programs. When service activities are entered, weekly evaluations are sent to the supervisor of the task to help coach clients in future employment.

This article describes how to create a Vocational Assignment. To learn how to edit or end a Vocational Assignment, click here.

Begin from the client's active Program Engagement.

1. Scroll down to the VTAs section.

2. Click New.

3. Select the correct Client (we're working towards having this autoselect).

4. Select the Client Gender (we're working towards having this autoselect).

5. Mark whether or not the client is a Peer Leader.

6. Select the VTA Area of service.

7. Search for and select the correct Supervisor.

8. Select the VTA Shift.

9. Select the # of Shifts per week.

10. Select the VTA Start Date.

11. Click Save.

You do not need to enter anything into VTA Name. It will auto populate.

The VTA has been created!
