Adding a Document to a Client's Files

As Atlanta Mission staff meet with clients, we need to upload documents to their files for future reference. Documents like agreements, contracts, exit letters, and schedules. All Services Staff can view files in a Client's files.

This article describes how to add a document to a client's File. 

From the Client's Contact Page.

1. Click Files.

2. Click Add Files.

3. Click Upload Files.

4. Doubleclick the File you want to add to the Client's general files.

You can upload jpgs, pdfs, docx, xlsx, pngs, and other file types.

5. Wait until the file uploads and and the green checkmark appears.

6. Click Done.

The file has been added to the Client's Files!
