Log a Previous Text
1. Login to Salesforce.
2. Click on the phone icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the browser.
3. Click on the envelope icon.
4. Locate the text you'd like to log activity for.
5. Click the paper and pencil icon to log the text.
Done! Your text has now been logged as an activity on the client's contact record.
