Deactivating a Client Alert

When a Client Alert is no longer true for a client, we need to deactivate it.

This article describes how to deactivate a Client Alert. To learn how to create a Client Alert, click here.

From the Client's Contact Page.

1. Scroll to the Client Alerts section.

2. Click the Arrow Icon next to the Client Alert you want to deactivate.

3. Click Edit.

4. Uncheck the box by Active.

5. Click Save.

The Client Alert has been deactivated and will no longer show on the Client's Contact Profile.
