At times, we may have the wonderful opportunity to see a client make a decision to trust and follow Jesus. When this occurs, we note the date and their decision for Christ in Salesforce to ensure we celebrate and that future caseworkers are aware and can connect with them on their faith.
This article describes how to indicate that a client made a decision for Christ.
From the Client's Contact Page.
1. Click Details.
2. Scroll down to the Faith section.
3. Press the pencil icon by Made Decision for Christ at Mission.
4. Type Christian under Religious Preference.
5. Mark Made Decision for Christ at Mission.
6. Enter the Date Decision for Christ at Mission.
7. Press Save.
The Client's decision for Christ has been notated on the Client's record.
