Programs in Salesforce help track what Program a client is in, the different services and classes we're providing in the Program, the details of the Program, and the key metrics we've identified for the Program.
This article describes how to view all Programs offered at Atlanta Mission. To create a new Program if we develop a new phase, reach out to the Systems team by filling out the IT Request form.
1. Click Programs on the navigation bar.
Your navigation bar may be in a different order or show different items depending on whether you've customized it or have a specific role within the organization.
2. You should now see a full list of all Programs offered at Atlanta Mission.
If you don't see all programs, click the arrow next to Recently Viewed and change to view All. If you would like to always see All programs, click the pushpin to the right of the arrow.
You can now select the Program you'd like to view.
