Creating a Job Organization

Updated on

As clients obtain jobs outside of @Work (Next Steps), we need to document the name of their Employer. We track how many jobs have been obtained at each organization in order to recognize growing partnerships.

At times, the Employer's name does not yet exist in our system. When this occurs, we need to create a new Corporate Organization.

While in process of creating a new job.

1. In the Organization field, type the name of the Employer.

2. When an account does not appear for Organization, click New Account.

3. Select Organization.

4. Click Next.

5. Enter the Employer Name in Account Name.

6. Select Corporation for Type.

7. Click Save.

The Employer Organization has been created and now appears on the job!
