Updated on

Logging calls with donors or volunteers is an essential part of maintaining accurate records. It helps us track the frequency of our interactions and ensures the rest of the team stays informed about the details of these connections. Keeping this information updated strengthens collaboration and enhances relationship management.

This article describes how to log a call manually with a donor or a volunteer.

If you've sent your text via your AM RingCentral number, you can use the RingCentral for Salesforce plugin to  send and automatically log a new call or to log a previous call.

3. Type the Subject.

4. Select Text for Type.

5. Enter in any notes in Comments.

6. Set the Due Date to the date of the text.

7. Scroll down in the pop-up.
