Mark Attendance for a Staff Training Session

Once a Staff Training session has occurred, we need to mark which employees were in attendance and which were absent.

This article describes how mark attendance for a staff training session.

From the Service Session page.

If you created or viewed the Service Session, you can find it under the Service Session Tab under Recently Viewed, otherwise, navigate to it from the Staff Training Program Page.

1. If you need to mark someone as absent, click Attendance Status and select the correct status.

2. Click Submit.

The employees' attendance has been marked and their KPI Dashboards have been updated.
