Case Managers: Submitting a Client for Approval to the Next Program Phase

As Case Managers continue to meet with clients on their caseloads and perform needs assessments, there will likely come a point that a client is found eligible and ready to progress to progress to the next program phase.

This article describes how to submit a client to your leader for approval to progress. To learn how to recommend a persona change, click here.

From the Client's Program Engagement

If you are recommending a client to proceed to Make Progress and haven't yet completed the client's needs assessment, click here to learn how to do so. You will not be able to submit the client to Make Progress without doing this first.

1. Click Submit to Next Program Phase.

2. Select the Program Phase you'd like to recommend the client for under Phase Submitting To?.

3. Enter Enrollment Submission Comments.

4. Press Next.

Your leader has been alerted and will review your request to submit the client to the next phase. You can find the approval submission near the bottom of the client's active Program Engagement.
