Recording CTOs for a Next Steps Client

Each @Work Client currently in the Job Search phase have 3 personal days they can take in order to be excused from Job Search. When @Work Clients call in or inform an @Work staff member that they are taking one of these days, we need to be able to record the CTO and to note what number of CTO it is.

This article describes how to record a CTO for an @Work Client.

From the Client's Contact Page.

1. Scroll down to Incidents.

2. Click the Arrow.

3. Click New.

4. Enter a Subject for the CTO.

5. The Date will autofill today. However you can change it if you are documenting a past or future CTO.

6. Enter the Notice # to represent what CTO day this is.

7. Enter in the Description.

8. Click Save.

The CTO can now be found in the Incidents section of the Client's Contact Page.

Time to take a vacation from all that work.
