Marking that a Client has Completed JSW

In order to properly track a client's individual progress and in order to track overall Client Flow Metrics like how many clients who completed JSW proceeded to Transformations or acquired a job, the Vocational Training Specialist needs to mark the date a client completed JSW.

1. Search for and select the correct client.

2. Click Launch Program Engagement.

3. Click Launch Program Engagement.

4. Scroll down to the JSW and Transformation section.

5. Click the Pencil icon by Date Completed JSW.

6. Select the Date Completed JSW.

7. Click Save.

The client's Date Completed JSW has been updated and the system automatically marked that they Completed JSW. This will update the overall metric of how many clients have completed JSW and all related client flow metrics.
