At times, Case Managers and Leaders need to view what Service Deliveries a client has received. This is particularly true if a client is transferred to another Case Manager.
This article describes how to view all service deliveries for a particular client.
There are two ways to see service deliveries to a particular client. The first is from the Contact Page which will show all Service Deliveries for all time. The second is from the Program Engagement which will show just Service Deliveries given during a particular Program Phase.
View All Service Deliveries from the Client's Contact Page
1. Click Related.
Depending on your screen size or zoom settings in your web browser, Related may be hiding under the word More.
2. Scroll down until you see Service Deliveries.
3. Click the View All.
You are now viewing all Service Deliveries for a particular client for all time.
View Service Deliveries from the Program Engagement
1. Select the Program Engagement you want to view all Service Deliveries in.
2. Locate Service Deliveries.
3. Click View All.
You are now viewing all Service Deliveries for a particular client in a particular Program Phase.
