At times, when a client is taking a break from classes or has left Atlanta Mission, we need to remove them from a class or group.
This article describes how remove clients for a class or group.
1. Click Service Schedules.
2. Ensure you are seeing the classes for your campus.
If you are seeing the classes of a different classes, or if it says Recent, click the triangle arrow and select the correct campus. Then click the pushpin to ensure you always see this view.
3. Click on the correct Class or Group schedule under Service Schedule Name.
4. Click the Client's Name under Service Participant's Name.
5. Click the Pencil Icon by Status.
6. Set the Status to Withdrawn.
7. Click Save.
The client has been removed from the Class or Group.
