From the Program Engagement Page, staff can see all details for the client's engagement in this Program phase and take specific actions like client notes, service deliveries, assessments, etc.

Highlights Panel
1. Program Engagement Name: Always states Program Phase - Campus Date Started: Client Name.
2. Client's Name: Links back to the Client's contact page.
3. Program Phase.
4. Active/Inactive: Shows whether the client is active in the Program Phase.
5. Expected Completion Date: The date the client is expected to complete that Program Phase. In Make Progress, this is based on their Persona track.
6. # Days Enrolled: The number of days the client has been enrolled in this Program Phase.
7. Quick Action buttons.
Stage Path
The Stage path shows what stage of a Program Phase a client is in. Based on their start date, this will move automatically.
8. Orientation: First Day on Campus.
9. Relationship: Indicates that a Case Manager is now building a relationship with the client.
10. Assessment: Shows only on Choose Help Program Engagements. Indicates it is time to create the Needs Assessment with the client.
11. Progression/Exit Plan: Indicates it is time to determine whether the client is eligible to move on to Make Progress or if they need to be referred out or another exit plan determined as they near their 30 days.
12. Completed: Indicates the client successfully exited or progressed to Make Progress.
13. Withdrawn: Indicates the client unsuccessfully exited the Program.
Information Section
14. Client's Name: Links back to the Client's contact page.5. Status: Whether or not the Program is currently active at Atlanta Mission.
15. Persona: Indicates the program track and level of services the client can receive.
16. Program Engagement Name: Always states Program Phase - Campus Date Started: Client Name.
17. Program Phase.
18. Active/Inactive: Shows whether the client is active in the Program Phase.
19. Last Service Date: The date a service such as a pass, MARTA Card, session, or referral was provided to the client.
20. Attendance Summary: Shows the percentage of class or group sessions that a client was enrolled in that they attended in this Program phase. (i.e. Enrolled in 8 class sessions, attended 6 - 75%)
21. Consecutive Absences: Shows the number of Consecutive Absences a client has had.

22. Assigned Ambassador.
23. Assigned Social Worker/CRS.
Additional Details section
24. Start Date: The date the client was enrolled in this Program Phase.
25. # Days Enrolled: The number of days the client has been enrolled in this Program Phase.12. Created By: Who created the Program.

27. Site: The site the Program phase is taking place in.
System Information Section
28. Created By: Shows what staff member created the Program Engagement.
29. Record Type: Shows what Program Phase the client is in.
30. Last Modified By: Shows what staff member last modified the Program Engagement.
Right Sidebar
31. Client Notes: All progress notes written during this particular Program Phase. New Client Notes can be created from this section.
32. Goals and Case Plans: All Goals and Case Plans for this particular client for this particular Program Phase. New Goals can be created from this section.
33. Service Deliveries: All MARTA Cards, passes, referrals, and sessions given during this particular Program Phase.
34. Service Participants: All classes or groups the client is enrolled in.
35. Assessments: All assessments created during this particular Program Phase. New Assessments can be created from this section.
36. Files: All files uploaded directly to the Program Engagement. Can be helpful for files that only Case Managers and Leaders should see.
37. Jobs: All jobs obtained during this particular Program Phase. New jobs can be created from this section.
38. Approvals: All approvals created during this particular Program Phase.
