Updating a Client's Clothing Sizes

Each season, our services teams put requests in for seasonal clothing for our clients. In order to do this, we need to know each client's sizes. In addition, if a client advances to Job Search Workshop or @Work, we'll need to know their sizes for professional clothes.

This article describes how to update a client's clothing sizes.

From the Client's Contact Page

1. Click More.

2. Click Related.

3. Scroll down to the Clothing section.

4. Click on the most recent Clothing Name.

5. Click Edit.

6. Update the client's clothing sizes.

5. Press Save.

If you have a WACS client who prefers gender neutral clothing, check the Prefers Gender Neutral/Masculine Styles checkbox.

The client's clothing sizes have been updated.

Time to stand up and stretch!
