After the grant writer completes a proposal, they upload it to SharePoint for the team to review. This collaborative review process ensures the proposal is polished and ready before being sent to the organization or foundation. By making necessary edits, we can present the strongest possible submission.
This article describes how to review the Grant Deliverable.
From Grants Sharepoint
1. Click Documents.
2. Click GRANTMAKER FILES.
3. Search for the correct Organization or Foundation folder.
4. Select the correct Organization or Foundation folder.
5. Click the correct Fiscal Year folder.
6. Click on the Proposal or Letter of Intent file.
7. Review the document using Track Changes within Microsoft Word to suggest edits and comments as needed.
8. Email or message the grant writer that the review is complete.
9. Grant writer reviews comments and suggested edits and accepts/rejects them in Track Changes.
10. The document is downloaded for final edits, converted to a PDF, and prepared for printing, uploading, or emailing, based on the funder's requirements.
