A key part of this is your assessment metrics, which track whether you've completed a Needs Assessment with each client and how timely those assessments were. Understanding these metrics helps you stay on top of your assessment responsibilities and identify areas where you can improve timeliness.

The reports described below include all clients for whom you were responsible and the status of their Needs Assessments.
Life Skills and Recreational Classes
A class is considered taught by you if you are listed as either the primary or secondary service provider, and the attendance for that session has been submitted.
1. đź“‹Complete Needs Assessment for 80% of Clients within 21 Days of their Arrival (Last 30 Days): It shows the percentage of assessments that are Not Completed and Past 21 days. It also displays the percentage of assessments that were Completed After 21 days and those that were Completed Within 21 days.
The data reflects your performance over the last 30 days.
2. đź“‹Complete Needs Assessment for 80% of Clients within 21 Days of their Arrival (This FY): It shows the percentage of assessments that are Not Completed and Past 21 days. It also displays the percentage of assessments that were Completed After 21 days and those that were Completed Within 21 days.
