The My Ambassador Performance dashboard gives you a clear view of your performance and helps you meet role expectations. A key part is your client note metrics, which track how well you document client interactions. Understanding these metrics helps you manage your responsibilities and improve where needed.
This article explains how to read your Client Note Metrics.
The reports described below include both active and inactive clients on your caseload during the time period described.
Clients With or Without Notes
The below two reports* help you track which clients are missing documentation or have not yet had a meeting.
*New clients who have been at Atlanta Mission for 7 days or less and dont have a note are not included. However, new clients who do have a note are counted in the reports.
1. 📝 % of Clients W/O vs W/ Note (Last 2 Weeks): This tile shows the percentage of clients on your caseload over the last two weeks who have at least one client note versus those without any notes.
2. ‼️Clients Missing Notes (This FY): This tile shows the number of clients on your caseload this fiscal year who have no client notes, compared to those who have at least one note. It helps you track which clients are missing documentation.
Offered Salvation
Offering this opportunity is tracked when you select "Offered Salvation" under Activities Performed while creating your client notes.
3. ✝️Offer Clients an Opp. to Decide for Christ Weekly (Last 30 Days): This tile shows how many times you've offered clients the opportunity to decide for Christ in the last 30 days.
4. ✝️Offer Clients an Opp. to Decide for Christ Weekly (This FY): This tile shows how many times you've offered clients the opportunity to decide for Christ in the this fiscal year.
Meeting with Clients Before and After the Needs Assessment
The below two reports* help you track how consistently you are meeting with clients around their assessments.
The expectation is that every client in Choose Help who has been here for 21 days will have a Needs Assessment performed.
5. 👥Meet with 90% of Clients Bi-Weekly Before/After Needs Assessment (Last 30 Days): This tile has two bars: one shows the percentage of clients with a note every two weeks before their needs assessment, and the other shows the percentage for every two weeks after, all within the last 30 days.
6. 👥Meet with 90% of Clients Bi-Weekly Before/After Needs Assessment (This FY): This tile has two bars: one shows the percentage of clients with a note every two weeks before their needs assessment, and the other shows the percentage for every two weeks after, all within this fiscal year.
48-Hour Client Note Creation
The below two reports are calculated by subtracting your Session Start Date and Time from the Date and Time your note was created.
7. 📝Ensure Clients' Notes are Created Within 48 Hours of Mtg (Last 30 Days): This tile shows whether your client notes from the last 30 days were completed on time (within 48 hours of the meeting) or submitted late.
