Marking that a Client has Reached Alumni Status

In order to properly track a client's individual progress and in order to track overall Client Flow Metrics like how many clients who started completed Transformations became @Work Alumni.

The Retention Coach is responsible for marking the date a client reached @Work Alumni.

This article describes how to mark that a client has reached @Work Alumni. To learn how to discharge a client from @Work, click here.

From the Client's @Work Program Engagement

1. Scroll down to the @Work Phase and Status section.

2. Click the Pencil Icon by @Work Alumni.

3. Set the @Work Phase to Alumni.

4. Select the the client reached @Work Alumni (must be no more or no less than 1 year after their @Work Job Start Date).

5. Set the @Work Status to Graduated.

6. Click Save.

The client is now marked as an Alumni! Time to Discharge them from @Work.

Time to celebrate!
