Ending a Job in @Work

As clients in @Work leave their jobs or lose their jobs, we need to document this in Salesforce.

This article describes how to end a job in @Work. To learn how to create a job in @Work, click here.

From the Client's @Work Program Engagement.

1. Scroll down to Jobs.

2. Click on the Job Name you'd like to end.

3. Click Edit.

4. Scroll down to Job Start and End Details section.

5. Select the End Date.

6. Select the End Type.

7. Select the End Details.

If the client lost their job through no fault of their own, check Retention Override.

8. Click Save.

The Job has been ended.

Ended.
