Updating a Client's Contact Information

In order to communicate well with our clients as well as to ensure that they receive the automated Hope Scale Survey, we need to keep their phone number and email up to date.

This article describes how to update a client's contact information.

From the Client's Contact Page.

1. Click Details.

2. Click the pencil icon by the phone or email field you want to update.

3. Enter the correct phone and/or email.

4. Click Save.

The client's phone and email are now updated!
