As Community Living Assistants have conversations with clients on their caseload in, we can document the time and length of the meetings, as well as the content of the discussion.
This article describes how to create a Community Living Client Note.
From the Client's Contact Record.
1. Click Client Notes.
2. Click New.
3. Select the Session Start Time you spoke with the client.
4. Select the Session End Time you spoke with the client.
5. Enter a Subject for your note.
6. Enter the Community Living Note.
7. Click Save.
