At times, a client will have dietary restrictions whether due to a medical condition or personal choice. We need to note those meal accommodations in Salesforce. This enables the kitchen to provide the correct number and type of meals as needed.
This article describes how to update a client's meal accommodations.
From the Client Contact Record
1. Click Details.
2. Scroll down to the Physical Health section.
3. Press the Pencil Icon by Meal Accommodations.
4. Select the correct reason for Meal Accommodations.
5. Press the right arrow.
6. Press Save.
The reason for Meal Accommodations have been notated on the client's record and on the kitchen's meal report.
