Each season, our services teams put requests in for seasonal clothing for our clients. In order to do this, we need to know each client's sizes. In addition, if a client advances to Job Search Workshop or @Work, we'll need to know their sizes for professional clothes.
This article describes how to update a client's clothing sizes.
From the Client's Contact Page
1. Click Details.
2. Scroll down to the Clothing section.
3. Press the Clothing tab.
4. Press the pencil icon by the size you'd like to edit first.
4. Select the client's clothing sizes.
5. Press Save.
If you have a WACS client who prefers gender neutral clothing, check the Prefers Gender Neutral/Masculine Styles checkbox.
The client's clothing sizes have been updated.
