As we continue everyday to track potential symptoms of TB, we'll need to record that information in Salesforce for reporting to the Department of Health. A client showing symptoms of TB needs to be evaluated daily. Follow-up notes should be entered in the system weekly.
This article describes how to log a follow-up note to a TB health screening. To record a client's health screening for both COVID and TB from the Client Contact Record, click here.
Begin from the Client's Contact page.
1. Click Health Screenings.
2. Click on the Health Screening you'd like to update.
3. Scroll down to the Actions section.
4. Click the Pencil Icon by Actions Taken.
5. Select the Available Action you took.
6. Click the right arrow.
7. Enter in Notes concerning follow-up actions.
8. Click Save.
The Client's Health Screening has been updated!
