Resend a Digital Donation Receipt

Occasionally, a donor may request a resend of their email receipt for a digital fundraising gift if they cant find it in their inbox. Its crucial to ensure they receive this receipt, as it serves as an important acknowledgment of their generous contribution.

This article describes how to resend a digital donation receipt.

From the Classy Manager.

1. Click Supporters.

2. Type the name of the donor requesting the receipt.

3. Press the enter key.

4. Click on the correct donor.

5. Scroll down to the Transactions section.

6. Click on the donation that needs to be receipted.

7. Scroll up to the Payment Information section.

8. Click Send Receipt.

9. Click Send Receipt.

The receipt has been sent to the email we have on file for the donor.

Let the donor know if they don't see the email in their inbox, they should check their spam folder. If they find the email in their spam folder, they should add the sender of the email to their contacts.
