Updated onArticleAs we continue everyday to track potential symptoms of TB, we'll need to record that information in Salesforce for reporting to the Department of Health. A client showing symptoms of TB needs to be evaluated daily. Follow-up notes should be entered in the system weekly. This article describes how to log a follow-up note to a TB health screening.
