Understanding my Goal Metrics

Updated on

The My Counselor Performance dashboard helps you monitor your performance and ensure you are meeting role expectations. A key component of this is your goal metrics, which track whether you've developed emotional and relational goals for each client within 30 days of their arrival in the Make Progress program. Understanding these metrics enables you to stay on top of your goal-setting responsibilities and identify areas where you can improve timeliness.

This article explains how to interpret and analyze your goal metrics. The reports below include all clients under your care and the status of their emotional and social goals.

The reports described below include all clients for whom you were responsible and the status of their Emotional and Relational Case Plans.
