Understanding my Assessment Metrics

The My Counselor Performance dashboard helps you monitor your performance and meet role expectations. A key part of this is your assessment metrics, which track whether you've completed a DLA Assessment with each client and a BPS Assessment, as well as  how timely those assessments were. Understanding these metrics helps you stay on top of your assessment responsibilities and identify areas where you can improve timeliness.

This article explains how to read and understand your assessment metrics.

The reports described below include all clients for whom you were responsible and the status of their DLA and BPS Assessments.

Tracking the DLA

1. !! Clients Missing DLA(Last 90 Days): This tile shows the number of clients on your caseload in the last 90 days who have no DLA, indicated by "-", compared to those who have at least one DLA. It helps you track which clients are missing assessments.

The data reflects your performance over the past 90 days.

2.  đź“‹Complete BPS Assessment for 80% of Clients w/in 14 Days of MP Arrival (Last 90 Days): It shows the percentage of BPS Assessments that are Not Completed and Past 14 days. It also displays the percentage of assessments that were Completed After 14 days and those that were Completed Within 14 days.

The data reflects your performance over the last 90 days.
