Discharging a Client from @Work

Updated on

When an @Work Client leaves the program, because of opting out, needing to be recycled, reaching alumni status, or being terminated from the program, we need to discharge their @Work Program Engagement.

This article describes how to discharges an @Work Client's @Work Program Engagement.

From the client's Active @Work Program Engagement.

1. Click @Work Discharge Client.

2. Enter the correct End Date for the client's @Work Program Engagement.

3. Select the correct @Work Exit Reason.

4. Enter in Exit Notes.

5. Click Next.

The client's @Work Program Engagement has been discharged. As a result:

  • The @Work Program Engagement is now Inactive.
  • The @Work Status is set to the reason related to their Exit Reason.
  • The @Work Status Reason has been auto-populated with Exit Notes.
  • They also now have an Exit Reason section.
  • They will no longer appear in @Work Caseload Reports.

All the fist bumps.
