At times, a client will have quite a number of Program Engagements, whether they've advanced through all the phases of our Program or they've been a client at Atlanta Mission multiple times over the years. When this occurs, it can be difficult to locate the correct Program Engagement to view current information or input service deliveries for.
This article describes how to quickly access a client's active Program Engagement.

1. Click 🚀Launch Program Engagement.
2. Click 🚀Launch Program Engagement one more time.
We know it probably seems repetitive to have to double-click when before you only needed to click once to record services. In Phase 2, we'll aim to make it a single click again.

If you are an @Work staff and the client is in @Work, this will take you straight to the client's active @Work Program Engagement.
