Donors may occasionally reach out by phone or email to update their recurring gift, even though they have the option to do so directly from their most recent recurring gift receipt. They may want to change their credit card or change the amount they're giving.

1. In your Classy Manager Account, click Transactions.
2. Click Recurring Giving Plans.
3. Search for the Donor's Name.
4. Press the Enter Key.
5. Scroll down to the list of Recurring Plans.
6. Click on the Recurring Plan you'd like to update.

7. Click Update.
8. Select the desired Payment Method.
9. Enter the new payment details.
10. Click Save.
The client's payment method has been updated.

9. Change the Intended donation amount.
10. Click Save.
The Recurring Gift Amount has been updated.
