Searching for a Client
Updated onArticleIn order to view and update client information, we need to navigate to their Contact Page. Using the search bar is one way to navigate to a client's Contact Page. Searching for a client before creating a record is also a way to prevent duplicates from being created. When duplicate clients occur, we are unable to see the full client history.
