Searching for a Client
Updated onArticleIn order to view and update client information, we need to navigate to their Contact Page. Using the search bar is one way to navigate to a client's Contact Page. Searching for a client before creating a record is also a way to prevent duplicates from being created. When duplicate clients occur, we are unable to see the full client history. This article shares a simple way to search for clients.

Adding a Document to a Client's @Work Files
Updated onArticleAs @Work staff meet with clients, we need to upload documents to their @Work files for future reference. Documents like the Retention agreement and other documents from their job can be uploaded to the @Work Program Engagement and only @Work staff and Atlanta Mission leaders will be able to see it. Recording a MARTA Card
