This update is to simplify and clarify how and when a client leaves Atlanta Mission.
Bed Assignment Layout Changes
In order to simplify the exiting a client from a bed, we've modified the reasons for discharges. CLAs are responsible for noting what they know and not necessarily determining where a client goes after they leave.
New Layout and Picklist Values
Exit Interview Updates
To document and clarify where clients go when they are exited from a bed, social workers and other staff will document via the Exit Interview. When performing an exit, you will select where they are exiting from/to.
Client's who are leaving Choose Help you will select, Choose Help.
Client's who are leaving Make Progress for reasons other than completing the program, you would select Make Progress.
Client's leaving because they have completed the program, you would select Sustain & Grow.
