June 14, 2017 Release - Incidents

To track incidents with clients, we've updated the ban section to include incidents.  Incidents should no longer be stored in Notes & Attachments of  Contact record. Creation of an Incident will not prevent a client from checking in.

In order to update Staff Member reported, a contact record needs to be created.  If you attempt to save and no Staff is selected, follow these directions.  Open a new tab so you don't lose existing work.
