Currently for Women's services during check-in. It tracks questions for clients to be eligible for a bed.
Contact Layout: updated - PSP Layout Removed
You should now be using the PSP button located at the top of the client record. The related list of Personalized Service Plan has been removed.
Employment Object: Start Date - Required
The Start Date is now a required field on the employment object. If an exact date is not know, a best estimate i.e. 1st, 15th, 30th of a month.

Formula field based on First Bed Assignment Date

There is now a field to track the current education level of a client.

A new field to be able to track any Legal Info that a client is working on.
Referral: new Field - Date of Referral
The Date of Referral defaults to Today's date. You may need to update if entering on another day.
Referral: new Field - Date of Client Start / Appointment and Referral End Date
If client is going to an outside agency for services (i.e. Jobs for Life, ACSS), you will want to enter the start date or the date of the appointment if it's a one time referral. For agencies that have a length of span, enter the End Date as well.
