Contact: updated Field Client Phase (automated)
The Client Phase was released earlier but the automation of the process has been enhanced. Based on system updates (i.e. check-ins, assignments to different bed types, etc) the client will reflect where they are in our programing. A client will reflect No Longer Active after they have not checked in for 30 days.
If a client is able to move in the program but can not be reassigned to a residential bed (i.e. Orientation to Make Progress) a user can manually overwrite the value to reflect the 'correct' phase

Contact: new Field Latest Needs Assessment
After a Needs Assessment is completed, a date will populate to the contact record determiming the date of the latest assessment. This will help identify clients that should be reviewed for placement as well as help us understand timing through the program.
Contact: new Field Make Progress (Orientation) Start Date
This field is a system generated time stamp of when a client is moved to an Orientation bed.

Make Progress Start Date
This field is a time stamp of when a client is moved to a Make Progress bed (Residential Bed Type).

Contact: new Field St Croix Notes
This field will be used in conjunction with the St Croix Referral field. Any information typed in this box will be shared directly with St Croix on a monthly basis.
Contact: new Field St Croix Referral
A field has been added to identify clients that are referred from St Croix. If this box is checked, select information will be shared with their mission.
Exit Interview: update field Housing Type new Picklist Value
The value of "Secure Housing" has been added as a housing type.

Referral: update field Referral Reason
Two additional picklist values were added to the Referral Reason on the Referral object: Permanent Supportive Housing and Substance Abuse Recovery.
