Bed Assignment - Non-Compliance Field Additions
When a client is asked to leave due to non-compliance there are 4 options to pick from: Missed 2 consecutive bed checks, Drugs/Alcohol Intoxication, Threats/Abusive Behavior, Unsupervised Children
Bed Assignments - Checkout Required for Reassignment
There is a new validation rule if you try to assign (a man) to another bed prior to checking him out of an existing bed.
S.I.G Note - tracking No Shows
When a client doesn't show for session but you want to record there was suppose to be a session, use the SIG note field "No Show".
Contact Housing Field - new on client record
Work Assignments - pending roll-out
This new tracking of work assignments is being release but is pending a launch date. This will be used by the vocational team and should tracking clients work assignments and evaluations. More details to come, but for now, just know it's being pushed into production.
Exit Interview / Client Discharge - pending roll-out
To better serve our clients and understand why and where the client is going after they leave the mission, we have set up an object to track keep metrics and fields on the client such as housing, employment, community involvement etc.
The official roll-out is TBD but the record is there for us to start tracking the exit of our clients as we hopefully send them out to the world sucessful!
