A number of changes have been made to enhance the system and provide ease of use.
Restoration House Screening
Applicable to Restoration House Intake Specialist, Campus Admin, Find Hope Leader, and Social Workers. (Soon to come for The Shepherd's Inn Find Hope staff!)
This is a robust phone prescreening followed by an in-person screening. The new process guides the interviewer through all questions and surfaces eligibility issues quickly. The In-Person Screening form will recommend whether the client is a CH Candidate or not. Upon approval and a bed assignment, a new Find Hope Enrollment is automatically created and caseworkers assigned based on the client's CH Candidacy status.
All data is displayed on a cohesive Bed and Risk Screen page that caseworkers can refer to at any point in working with a client.
See documentation here.
Recording Client Quarantine
Applicable to CLAs, CLLs, and Campus Admins.
COVID Booster Shots
Applicable to CLAs, CLLs, and Campus Admins.
With the availability of COVID Booster shots, we are now able to log those in Salesforce. See documentation here.
Client Meal Accommodations
Applicable to CLAs, CLLs, Ambassadors, FH CRS and SW, Advocates, Transitional Housing Leaders, and Campus Admins.
Meal accommodations are now enabled! Staff can indicate whether a client is Diabetic, Pregnant, Vegan, or Vegetarian. This will automatically update the kitchen reporting for meal preparation. See documentation here.
Updating Client Income
Applicable to Intake Specialists, Ambassadors, CRS, and SW.
The Income section has been updating to offer a greater selection of possible income sources as well as insurance. The system will automatically calculate Income Total if a client has multiple sources of income. See documentation here.
Promoting a Client to Sustain & Grow
Applicable to Make Progress Leaders.
A new and simplified process has been created to promote a client to Sustain & Grow. This process will automatically close the Make Progress enrollment and open a new Sustain & Grow enrollment. See documentation here.
